Q11 ; What types of things should educators communicate with each other whilst supervising a group of children during outdoor play ?
Answer :
Daily staff meetings , rosters , activity timetable , memos , emails , in-service

Q10: You are a staff member in the toddlers room and have decided to take the children for a picnic in the nearby . Make a list of strategies and procedures you can use to ensure that all the children are accounted for ?
Answer:
Try to encourage children to play in the shade or away from direct sunlight – particularly in prime (sunlight exposure) time.
-Reapply sunscreen, ideally every two hours.
-Do a clothing check now and then – reassess the child’s clothing and make sure they are adequately covered and comfortable, particularly if they have been swimming or playing with water.

Q11 - it means while you're outside with the children what would you communicate with other staff. For example - if a child gets injured, if you're going to the toilet or going inside, where you are watching the children in the playground etc.

Q10 - it means how to make sure all the children are with you at all times . For example - counting all the children every 15 minutes, having enough educators to supervise, having areas where children can play etc.
