Q: Name three common situations that would require you to follow WHS/OHS requirements.
may answer is:
1. Direct abuse - includes the classical forms of psychological, physical, emotional, etc...
2. Program abuse - the use of practices for the treatment of special diseases, disabilities or methods used to maintain internal order, control and discipline, which may be seen as excessive and abusive to an external observer.
3. Systems abuse - refers to cases where the minor is abused not by the direct action of a single person, but by the entire system of childhood protection which, exceeding its own limits, operates in an abusive way, and not in the sole interest of the minor and does not succeed in making him or her safe.

or the answer has to be like :
1- any physical hazards such as Chemical, moving, and lifting
2- any Psychological hazards such as abusing, neglecting, bulling and stress
3- ????
I am little bit confused with the right answer !!! please if anyone can give advice/ opinion :)

I think your're getting a little confused! WHS/OHS refers to Workplace Health and Safety so common situations that may occur could be -

- Mopping up spills in the bathroom and within the room
- Changing nappies
- Lifting children and heavy objects
- Cleaning vomit and faeces (poop) from the floor etc.

These all require you to use and follow OH&S procedures...

Hope this helps,
