Children at risk unit

Hi all
I am currently doing my worksheet for the child protection unit at TAFE . I am stuck on two questions :
How could you support ethical practice with a staff member in a workplace ?
How would you respond to unethical behaviour by a staff memeber in a workplace ?
So with the first question does that mean not judging the staff member by their circumstances and keeping an open mind ? being confidental but being able to report if you think the staff member needs help or is doing something wrong ? eg abusing their child , or a child.
Sorry , just need to be a bit more clear on the questions then I might figure out my answer. Thanks
