Hi, I need help please with a second example of this question
24) Give 2 examples of child-focused educator practices that will encourage children to develop skills in communication and decision making that may ultimately contribute to protecting their rights.
My answer: Group Discussions- For example on Mondays in the school readiness program, a group time sharing session is held in the morning. During this session, each child is given the opportunity to share what they did with their family on the weekend. This provides each child the opportunity to openly communicate to their peers and educators about their home life. Some children however are shy and hesitant to share during this session; however the child can decide whether to not share or choose to speak privately to an educator afterwards.
Programming- the educational program include intentional teaching practices between educator and children.
I am a little bit unsure if my answer is right or if i have misunderstood question.
Please help.
Thanks
