I COULD REDIRECT THE CHILDREN BY SAYING ' MAY LI IS VERY VERY SICK, WE MUST BE VERY CAREFUL WITH HER!'

Here is the scenario relating to my question:

Sarah, Ritesh and May-Li are playing hospitals. Sarah is a doctor, Ritesh is a nurse and May-Li is a patient. May-Li is lying on the ground groaning(in character). Sarah rushes up to her, dressed in a white lab coat, with a plastic stethoscope around her neck and says ' Quick Ritesh, this patient is very sick!' Ritesh brings some bandages over and says 'Doctor Sarah, what should i do?'
