1. A staff member is always arriving late for work and in bad mood.
2. You witness inappropriate behaviour from the centre director with another staff member.
3. A parent speaks rudely to you each time they drop off their child.

You are being assessed on your ability to use the bellow appropriate methods for conflict resolution within the workplace.
- Use problem solving when necessary.
- Report conflicts regarding admn policies, practices and procedures to the supervisor.
- Report concerns regarding job responsibilities to the supervisor.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?

Yes, you make a valid point. I think with everything that we do we need to follow the Code OF Ethics. So, in the case when witnessing unethical behaviour we need to take action and report it and we also need to implement open communication with fellow colleagues in order to build positive relationships. When reporting issues in regards to fellow colleagues we need to do so in a respectfully manner as it mentions in the Code Of Ethics.
