Question one is asking you to list the roles within the service, not the qualifications. Some roles include: ECT, Assistant, group leader, educational leader, director, assistant director, licensee (not sure on the spelling) senior supervisor. I hope this helps you a little, I can't think of any other roles from the top of my head, but do some googling to make sure.
