CHCLEG001 - Work Legally and Ethically

Hi,
I'm studying my certificate three, been given diploma questions. I have no idea how to answer them, or where to even start. I have a copy of the Code of Ethics but it doesn't help my situation.
I've just copied one question, any help would be appreciated. I feel once I can answer one successfully, I should succeed at the rest.
You are in the outdoor area of the three to five-year-old room when you hear loud laughter coming from the sandpit where to educators, Justine and Celia are supervising a group of children. You realise that they are talking about the family situation of one of the children at the service. According to the rumour they have heard, the parents of a child in their care have separated and the mother has begun a lesbian relationship with a family friend. The children are currently living with their mother but the father has begun legal proceedings to become the eligible carer. Justine tells Celia that she sold the father to, “Get the kids back quickly before they are corrupted by their mother.”
What is the unethical behaviour in this situation? What would you do if you heard this? Identify the principles of the Code of Ethics that are relevant to this issue. What are other documents or processes do you need to consider?
Regarding the principles in the Code of Ethics, I have that covered. Example, 1.5 and 2.9 etc.
