Hello
is anyone help me with the question, please.

•Explain what your work role boundaries are:

o What is not expected of an Assistant

o When would you seek clarification of a task or duty asked of you

I have been thinking about that, and I can not find precisely the boundaries between assistant and lead educator (or someone not an assistant)
I mean assistant helps lead educator, right? I understand that.
However, I am not sure that what assistant is not allowed to.
( I am working as an assistant and allowed do almost...I sometimes make sure the policy that lead educator follows, and if I say I'like to try something as wright down incident from or nappy change,,, or create and implement activity, almost I am allowed )
Also, the second question, is the meaning something I shouldn't do if I am asked or I need to think about I can do the task or not ?

any advice, welcome!

Thank you

KEIKO

What are two rights of employers in early childcare?

I have answered one but need to think of one regarding discrimination. I am coming up blank, can someone point me in the right direction please.

- Workplace health and safety - for example, educators should work in a safe and healthy environment

- Discrimination - for example, educators should not be discriminated against based on their religion, views, culture, if they are pregnant etc.
