hello can someone help me with these questions
I don't understand what I'm supposed to do
Reflect on your own practice as an early years learning educator.
• Identify three different methods you use to gather information about children at your workplace. Explain how each method is used to inform work practice.
• How do you record observations and information about the children’s development, skills, knowledge, abilities, social interactions and reactions to their environment?
• How do you analyse information collected about children at the centre?
• How do you use the information collected to plan appropriate activities to foster children’s development, skills, knowledge, interests and abilities?
• Discuss your work performance with your educational leader or supervisor. Ask them to provide feedback about your ability to collect, record and analyse information, and use information to plan appropriate activities for the children. Provide the feedback to your trainer, and explain how you can incorporate their feedback into future work practices.
