Needing a little help please.

Question.
Sharna (2.5 years) is a shy and quiet girl, and when she speaks her head is usually bowed, her voice is barely audible. She rarely interacts unless conversation is initiated by the Educator and one-on-one basis. Sharnas parents tells the educator that she is very vocal and outgoing at home, so the educator and Sharma's parents discuss strategies to assist her to feel more confident in herself while at the service.

Using this link, investigate now (The Early Learning Framework-Belonging, Being and Becoming http://docs.education.gov.au/system/fil ... tralia.pdf)
and identify a suitable outcome that would best fit Sharna developing confidence, sense of self.

Answer multiple Choice:
Outcome 1
Outcome 2
Outcome 3
Outcome 4
Outcome 5

My Answer:
After reading all the outcomes, in the best interest of sharna & wanting her to open up & feel comfortable in the environment she is in, I chose "Outcome 1"
but also thinking "Outcome 3" would suit her building confidence also.
I have all my question answered for my assignment that needs handing in on sunday & am confident with them, but this one I am undecided.

Thanks In Advance :)
