hi I am struggling on these questions. and wondering if I could get some help.

1. Minimum terms and conditions of employment are set out in Awards, they detail pay rates and conditions that employers must comply with. Name the Award that applies to Children’s Services workers in Australia.

2. a) what are ethical concerns may arise that may arrive when being friends with a parent that has a chid who attendance your centre.
B) what are the boundaries you might need to beware of.

3) Name the National Law and Regulations which are relevant to approved learning frameworks.

4) Which Quality Area of the National Quality Standard is relevant to approved learning frameworks?

So for this if you Google you should be able to find some information to help with your questions...

1) Children's Services Award 2010 - you can have find the award on the Fair Work Australia site.
2) Let me know and I'll see if you're on the right track!
3 and 4) ACECQA - this site will help!

Hope this helps!

I have another question I am struggling to understand,

what would be the ethical concerns when becoming friends with a family that attends your centre and lives in your apartment building.
could it be that it could affect the way that you handle and assets a situation.???

Yes, or it could be that you may favour the family/child over the others in your care and give them special treatment... be more friendlier towards them... sharing information about other families with them... etc.
