Hi all I would just like to know if my answer is ok for this task

Task 3A

Describe the un convention on the rights of the child and its purpose

this is what I have written

The UN convention on the rights of the children
: Rights of the children are necessary day to day things that every child has to have and that every child has access to. Each and every single child has to have the same amount of rights as every other child. The current rights of the children are written down in the UN convention and this called the UN convention on the rights of the child. All countries within the world have come together to agree on all of the rights that are within the UN convention. Every single right connects to all of the other rights and all rights are vitally and essentially important. The UN convention can also be described as standards that are most definitely non negotiable and obligations that are non negotiable and The UN convention is and always has been agreed by the whole universe and so have the obligations and standards that are non negotiable. The UN convention is the very first legal based document that has been created to let everyone know all of the human rights that children must be provided and equipped with. The United nations convention have explained to us that a child is to be a human being under the age of 18, or if the legislation of different countries have the legal age set to a younger based adulthood. There are currently 54 articles within The UN Convention that explain each and every single right that a child is entitled to

Here are some of the rights
• Every single child that is below the age of 18 is entitled to the UN Convention.
• All parents and adults are entitled to do what is best for each and every child, when parents and adults are choosing to carry out with their decisions then they should have a good think about how can the decisions that they have made affect their children.
• Each and every child is entitled to have the right of privacy.
• No human being has any right and allowance to punish a child in a way and a nature that is viewed as being cruel and harmful.
• All children have the right to explore and experience what play and rest is like.
• Each child has every single right to be brought up by their parents.
• Each and every child has the right to care that is special based and support if they are unable to live with their mother and father.
• No human being has the power, right and allowance to ever steal, sell and kidnap children.
• All children are allowed to and they have every single right to get support from their current government if they are every in need or if they are poor.
• All children have the right as to who they want to be friends with and participate in groups but as long as it won’t harm the child in anyway.

The Purpose of the rights

The purpose of the rights is to
: Make sure that children receive the best care possible
: Let parents and adults know about every single right that their child is entitled to
: Create a voice for children that are under the age of 18
: Let children know that they can speak up at all times if they ever need to
: Promote awareness within the world, within the community and within the environment to make sure that all human beings are made aware of the UN Convention on the rights of the child and what it is about
: Make sure that children are entitled to and that they experience a good, happy and supportive childhood.
: Make sure that no child is left behind.
: Make sure that all children are treated equally and fairly.
: Make sure that no child is to be left disadvantaged and receive less than what others get offered.
: Children are supported and respected throughout their childhood and their childhood stages and years.

Regards

Klara
