CHCECE003 - Provide Care For Children - help please

Hi, just working on questions relating to childcare environment. How are parents and children made comfortable about utilising the service?
Would it be something like....Educators creating a warm and inviting atmopshere at the service and inviting parents and children to participate in activities at the service?
Any other ideas would be a help, thanks!
