Hi All

I am working on the assessment for CHCDIV002 (Promote aboriginal and torres Strait Islander cultural safety) unit and the question asks
List 12 strategies that might be implemented to address cultural factors that impact on service delivery. I have listed the following
interrupter
cultural liaison personal
consultation and collaboration with indigenous elders
observation
consultation and collaboration with community members
staffing with an indigenous personal
strategic planning
celebration of cultural occasions

I am very stuck for any other strategies. ANY IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS????
