As a result of your evaluation, you learned that not all your strategies to increase cultural safety at Gurung are effective. This is not unusual. Paying particular attention to appropriate engagement with local Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people or cultural brokers, what should you do as a result of these findings? (50-100 words)

Some cultural biases may be focused around family structure and who should take primary responsibility for raising a child, or perhaps something to do with cultural roles of men and women, or how 'time' is viewed in the different cultures. I hope these suggestions might help you to come up with an answer for Question 2 Part A. Biases relating to foods, music, or dress style may also be something you could look into that could impact how an ATSI family member may be treated.
