How can community or health workers develop effective relationships with Indigenous communities and the individuals in them. List at least eight strategies.
My answer is so far I need two more .TIA


1: negotiations of roles and responsibilities in the work place to take into account cultural difference, cultural needs and accommodation procedures
2: Procedures that support the development, monitoring and review of culturally safe work practices
3: Identification of and consultation with particular key contact people such as Aboriginal liaison officers
4: Development of flexibility and of appropriately empathetic attitudes
5: Negotiation of culturally appropriate guidelines
6: Identification of appropriate mediators who can be utilised in the case of difficult conflict situations and who can facilitate culturally appropriate solutions

7: asking for and utilising Indigenous input when determining health strategies

8: Using interpreters where necessary and by learning Indigenous language ?
