CHCDIV002 - Cultural Safe Practices

I'm a little lost for this one can any someone please guide me in the write direction.
Q.Explain what is meant by culturally safe practices. What strategies can be put in place to achieve this?
How do you ensure Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are involved in the process of evaluating culturally safe practice in your service?
Q.List the names of 3 resources (these can be organisations or a person within an organisation) that you can access in your community to help you learn about the local Indigenous people who are the traditional owners of the land where you live or work.
Explain the role of the organisation or the person.

A: local Council and IEO ( indigenous engagement officer) of department of Prime Minister and cabinet
Q. How could you ensure that your own workplace interactions and practices show respect towards Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander colleagues or clients?
I only need one more for this one so far I have
A:Getting the children to teach me some basic words in language E.G toilet, wanting a feed, hello, good by. and using genital tones with out the slang
Q. How is your service culturally respectful and how does it invite Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to use the service?

A: Welcome to country at special events and at staff meetings and Employs staff of all cultures.
