Hi Lorina,

I'm really struggling with this question: Explain how diverse political, social, economic and cultural factors impact on work and the lives of people in society.

I tried a few links that you had given before but they were unavailable

Thanks,

Georgia

Think of it as showing how different forces shape everyday life and work. For example, political factors like government policies or childcare regulations affect how services run and what standards educators follow. Social factors include things like changing family structures or community expectations, which influence how we support children and families.

Economic factors can be about job security, funding, or cost of living, which impact both educators and families accessing care. And cultural factors are about diversity, traditions, and values that shape how people interact and what practices are respected in the workplace. The key is to show you understand that these forces don’t exist in isolation they all connect and influence how people live and how we work with them.
