One of your colleagues regularly fails to put children's files away and once your heard her tell some children that a particular child has mental health problems and has to take medication. Name an important legal obligation and ethical practice this staff member is ignoring.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?

There is legal obligation of confidentiality being ignored and the unethical behaviour the staff member is displaying could be by not respecting the special relationship between children and their families and is not incorporating this perspective in all interactions with children.
