Can anyone help me with my assignment which i am having a bit of trouble with. the question is
Anh and her husband tom have their child zoe in your service. Anh and Tom have not arrived to collect Zoe at their usual time. A person comes into the service later and says her name is lynne, she tell you she is here to collect zoe as both anh and tom are running late to pick zoe up from the centre. You are working with two new relief staff and you are in charge.
