Operational requirements
Part 4.1 sets out requirements for an educational program and practice for a service. Part 4.2 sets out requirements for services relating to children’s health and safety. Part 4.3 sets out the physical environment requirements for services. Part 4.4 sets out staffing requirements for education and care services, including minimum numbers of educators. Part 4.5 Relationships with children. Subdivision 4 Confidentiality and storage of records
Administration
Part 6.1 Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority. Part 6.2 Information, records and privacy.


Description and Message:
I have struggled with this module, as l find dealing with the regs, is like reading an alien language, lol.
I'd love to know if l'm on the right track or if l'm looking too much into the question

It seems to me like you're on the right track with your response. Completely agree that the regulations is very detailed and long and can give you a head spin just trying to find the right info! :giggle:

thank you so much L.A, for your response, this 'so far' was the first assessment l got handed back, to redo this question, as l put the standards down instead of the Regs, l sent this answer back on the weekend and got feedback today with a big O.K and well done, so l'm alot happier an confident now l have a better understanding, l try to apply a quote from when l was in the army 'identify your weakness' and make them your strong points' but as you said even the Regs made my head spin, lol, l'm onto 'Provide care for Babies" this week an with four kidlets l better get this one right,lol, thanks for the extra effort, ozziemum
