Hello,
I just found this awesome website and find it really helpful as I started a Certificate 3 Online- Course a few weeks ago.
My first assessment is due soon (and I had this question wrong at my first attempt) but there is one question (probably a really easy one, but I'm totally lost ) that I need help with. ( I live in Queensland)
Here's the question:
The professional conduct of educators in the children’s services sector is governed by a range of legal and
ethical frameworks including National Quality standards as well as service requirements.
Identify (4) four legislative frameworks for Children’s services.
- Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland) Act 2011
- The Australian Antidiscrimination Board
- Care and Protection of Children Act 2007 (NT)
- The Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011
- Child Protection Act 1999 (Qld)
- Queensland Protection Society
- Commission for Children Young People and Child Guardian Act 2000 (Qld)
Thank you!
