Question-
As an Educator in a licensed Early Education and Care Service you should have knowledge of Workplace Health Safety requirements, your responsibilities and sustainable practices relevant to your role.

Identify the three current (3) Legal and Ethical documents that will assist you in doing this.
a. Educator Work Guidelines 2009
b. Belonging Being and Becoming
c. Early Childhood Australia Code of Ethics – for the protection and wellbeing of children in events of unethical practice as an essential professional and ethical responsibility
d. Code of Ethics for Nurses in Australia – appropriate ethics for the nursing sector
e. The National Quality Standard - is a key aspect of the National Quality Framework. It brings together the seven key quality areas that are important to outcomes for children.
f. The Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011 - the regulatory framework for most long day care, preschool/kindergarten, family day care and outside school hours care services in all states and territories
g. Children’s Health and Safety Regulations 2012 – health and safety regulations

My 3 choices were:
C
F
G

*Please someone help me, I am not %100 sure on my answers, its my first assessment in Cert 3. I finished school 20 years ago. Ahhh the nerves. I have completed the first 7 questions, just stuck on this one :)
TIA, Mel

I spoke to my teacher yesterday, she said I had 2 correct out of my 3 answers correct, so I went bk last night to have a look & had another look at my notes of where I may had gone wrong. So I am going to definitely put:
E & F. Then last night I was tossing up with c & g. Then thought if it wasn't G then it was definitely c for my second attempt, lol. I will let you know how I go. Thankyou for ur help Lorina :)
