1.Identify five key policies/legislation relevant to childcare centre and where to find them?
2.list 4 diffrent types of law

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Gievance policy
Immunisation policy
fees and finance policy
medication and first aid policy
sun smart policy
is this right????

the above is the answer ofr the 1st question

I m not sure about the 4 different type of law

I think you're on the right track with the first one. You've mentioned the policies which are important within a Childcare centre so, I don't see a problem with that...

Ok, with the second question I was thinking maybe like:

Child Protection Act
Early Childhood Education and Care Services Regulations
National Law
Food Safety Act and Regulation
Occupational Health and Safety Act

I'm not too sure but this is my understanding from the question...
