Can anyone help me to answers my scenario on this unit,please. Thank you so much in advance
The situation has been dealt with and the Lead Educator has given a verbal warning about maintaining privacy. Three weeks later you are closing the service again with the same Lead Educator, the family member involved in the incident arrives and begins to verbally abuse you for getting her friend in trouble. The family member goes on about how the child they were discussing is nothing but a brat and every family in the centre hates him. Before you can say anything the mother of the child in question, who has overheard the other person, starts yelling and abusing the other family member, the service and you.
Could someone help me to answer this scenario,please.
