Please help me in preparing assignment.
Scenario A:
Bobbie and Sasha playing a game at the service you work at. Jai,would has been playing near them, starts talking to the girls and asks if he can join the game. Bobbie shakes her head and says "No way, we don't like boys". Jai Stares at Bobbie and after few moments he walks away to find something else to do. A staff member who is close by overhears this exchange but says nothing.
1. Identify and assess the situation
2. Look at the situation from a public sector standpoint
3. Would my actions or decisions with stand public scrutiny
4. Who is the best person in the department to provide me with authorative advice.
5. Is it fair and can i justify it
