HI ALL,
just need some help with a question im stuck on, ive looked high and low for answers but nothing is really available, all help is really appreciated.

Q. The QIAS provides a set of standards to assit childcare professionals to deliver qaulity care. There are qaulity areas and 33 principles. Describe the difference between a basic response to a child's needs being met and high qaulity care ?
