Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHCCN302A Provide care for children
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Beginner

Your Question?
Explain why records of meals, sleep and nappy change are necessary when caring for infants
and toddlers.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Having a little trouble answering this question.

So far upon my research I have come up with the answer:

ANS:
SO educators can satisfy the individual needs of each child. Also the routine helps educators better organise their tasks. Putting children in to a set routine helps them better adapt to change and also reliefs anxiety. having routines helps children to slowely adapt, understand and later do for themself what once was done for them .i.e. washing hands after meals.

Im not sure if I'm on the right track or if I'm answering the question correctly. I will obviously construct my sentences better, but the above answers were just to know if im on the right track.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes you're on the right track with your response. You can also include that the information will help parents to understand how their child's day has been. For example: if they ate their lunch, how long they slept, if they had a soiled nappy etc. All this information for a parent is helpful in knowing how their child's day has been etc.

Hope this helps,
