Im absolutely stumped, Ive been working on this question all weekend, the Question is:
Explain the process you would follow to heat and serve food in your service/centre.
I know it has to be rapidly heated and we have to be super hygienic when preparing it but I cant find anything that suggests theres a specific process, im totally stumped can anyone help???

Hey Steffelz,

Explain the process you would follow to heat and serve food in your service/centre.

- Keep hot food in the oven or on a stove above 60 degrees until you are ready to serve.

- Keep cold food in a fridge, freezer below 5 degrees until you are ready to cook or serve.

- Use a thermometer to test the temperature of foods.

I found this info out in the Policy and Procedures Manual... If you work in a centre check their's to see if they have any info!

Hope this helps!

Cheers :geek:,
