Hi there, i am after some help with my assignment. Explain how you will achieve awareness of the importance of hyiene, nutirtion, safety and the need for physical activity with this age group.
i am aware that this question has been answered in another forum topic but i am still not sure how to answer this question for the age group 0 - 2 years.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

In younger age groups a lot of awareness comes from seeing those around them do the right thing....what I call "lead by example"
Even in small children eg just making them/helping them wash hands after even a nappy change will instill an awareness that after going to the toilet washing hands is important .. of course you always wash your hands too and show them you are doing so.
Its just a matter of finding a way that such young children will understand, so think "keep it simple"
