You could do a Fire Drill. They are mandatory to practice each month within a childcare centre.

I know all the procedures.I just need some fun ideas for the kids to practise so they are not scared when the drill is on.

When doing a practice drill you will need to execute it as you would if a real fire happened. This is why it's important to practice it monthly with the children. You can't really make it fun during the practice because you need to get all the children to the safe area in the quickest and safest way possible.
During group time you can talk to the children about the fire drill and why they need to be done and why it's important. Rather than make it fun, it's better to stick to the plan during practice because you never know what may happen. If you are practicing the drill monthly the children wont be scared especially if you explain it to them and tell them why you are doing the fire drill. Just talk them through it, they will be fine!
