Document why we report indicators of abuse to Family and Community Services - Children's Services (Early Childhood Education & Care)?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
In case they indicators are starting show more and more over days when the child is coming is coming to the child care centre.

because it is mandatory if you see indicators you are expected to report it.
