Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: Chc30712, task 26.3
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

Your Question?
Looking for your help guys. As I am stuck with this question.
Imagine you are the first to arrive to your service and you notice there is a bucket with a mop left over from the day before in the from foyer. Please complete the risk assessment template.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I identified the hazard which is a bucket with a mop.
I assessed the risks. Infections can be spread, somebody could get hurt, slipping risk.
Control - basically to isolate.
Who&When. Me. Date and time.

Reassess the risk - and here I am stuck
How to reassess the risk?
I thought that I would fill out daily hazard identification check list the day it happens to avoid any further incidents.
And to report the incident to a centre manager.
Any ideas on that?
