Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHC30708 Children Services – Assignment
Section 3 Provides for the children’s developmental needs
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Beginner

Your Question?
Identify at least 3 factors that will influence how you interact with children under your care?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
This would be based on the children being from 2years old and upwards.
To get down to the Childs level while communicating with the child and keeping eye contact while either of us are talking.
Keeping calm while speaking and giving simple instructions
Keeping instructions short and positive.
For children under 2, I would still do the above but giving very short instructions. I would use my hands more to show the children what I am talking about. I would cuddle and sooth the babies when needed.

Description and Message:
My assessor said - Age is one factor, also culture, personality etc.

I also added this in my answer, do you think this is correct to what the assesor wants from me:

Factors that would influence how you interact with children in your care would depend on the age of the children, different cultures and beliefs and different personalities. All Children and different and need to be treated appropriately to which suits their personality best.
