I've attempted a question below and mentioned the answer that I've come up with.

Place the following steps in order of how you would implement change in your service:

Gather information about sustainability - 1
Ask children, families and the wider community for suggestions and bring ideas to team meeting - 2
Have team meeting and discuss ideas - 3
Prioritise ideas and plan budget - 4
Implement ideas and include all stakeholders - 5
Evaluate progress and revisit priorities to see if anything has changed - 6

However, I doubt if this order is correct as a possible other option would be like

Gather information about sustainability - 3
Ask children, families and the wider community for suggestions and bring ideas to team meeting - 1
Have team meeting and discuss ideas - 2
Prioritise ideas and plan budget - 4
Implement ideas and include all stakeholders - 5
Evaluate progress and revisit priorities to see if anything has changed - 6
