BSBSUS301 Implement and monitor environmentally sustainable work practices

This elective is getting on to me. My time is running out and I still have to get my portfolio done.
This is my last assignment but I'm not getting anywhere.
I had to do a proposal which I did in powerpoint about organising a recycle station at the centre.
Part B: Set targets for improvement
Consider the green proposal outlined in your PowerPoint presentation, then answer the following questions.
1. What targets might you set for this initiative? (Provide three)
• Reduce waste within the center and community
• Children learn to be aware of waste, compost and recycle
• Reduce the craft supplies order, being more thoughtful in collecting materials in the gardens
• Support the community to teach children not to litter and being aware of it
2. Why is it important to set targets?
Only when you give yourself or the team a target, everyone is working towards it much better. You have a target, you have a goal, you have a deadline, everyone is getting more engaged into this project to meet the expectation.
3. What are the key elements involved in setting targets?
- Reducing waste
- Minimizing craft supply orders
- Teaching children about waste
- Thinking outside the box and look for alternative solutions
4. What resources and tools could be used to assist with benchmarking practices implemented to industry standards? (identify at least two)
- Setting up the “recycle” station
- Introducing children, parents, staff about the project in a newsletter.
This is what I'm struggling with:
Part C: Implement performance improvement strategies
Create a detailed action plan for your green proposal. Your plan must align to the steps outlined in your PowerPoint presentation and show the following:
• action to be taken
• any potential risks or opportunities
• estimated $ savings (from implementing the initiative)
• capital cost
• payback period
• target
• target dates
• budget
• people responsible.
How you present your action plan is up to you. You may wish to use the same format as shown in the Learner Guide for this unit of competency or undertake internet research for further examples.
Can anyone guide me in the right direction? I never done a proposal and I never seen one, which makes it not much easier. I'm desperate for help.
