Helloooo,
What kind of behavior strategies are you after? Typically with babies there is no need to implement any behavior strategies... IS this for an assignment question?
Cheers ,

I'd like to propose the strategy of getting the nappy on before the baby piddles to be a good one lol

yip it was a assignment question to manage different age groups behavior
here is what i wrote for babies :
* be sensitive to baby's limitations, changing the situations according to their needs
* distract, guide, re-direct attention and interest and remove temptation.
* Change the environment
*Manage transitions carefully
Hopefully I am on the right track...
I am also having trouble understanding what this question is asking:
How will you communicate with children at an appropriate level of complexity?

How will you communicate with children at an appropriate level of complexity?
Basically its asking you how you would communicate with children of different ages
Eg you would not say to a toddler ......." Your behaviour is unacceptable" you would say "We do not do this" or something to that effect, bascically using as much (or little) langauge as that age group can understand
For a 5 year old you could say " Your behaviour is unacceptable" because he would understand what you meant
with the baby part I think you are on track
