Hi everyone, I'm after a bit of guidance here regarding my assignment, and just to make sure I'm on the right path. Question goes like this:
Identify which sections of the following demonstrate hazards and risks.
a) Education and Care Services National Regulations.
b) National Quality Standards.
C) EYLF.
d) FSAC.
My answers so far:
a) Education and care services national regulations:
The sections that demonstrates hazards and risks are:
Regulation 167: Offense relating to protection of children from harms and hazards.
Regulation 101: Conduct a risk assessment for excursion.
b) National Quality Standards:
The sections that demonstrate hazards and risks are:
Quality Area 2: Children's health and safety.
Standard 2.3 Each Child is protected.
Element 2.3.1 Children are adequately supervised at all times.
Element 2.3.2 Every reasonable precaution is taken to protect children from harm and any hazard likely to cause injury.
c) EYLF.
The section that demonstrate hazards and risks is:
Outcome 3: Children become strong in their social and emotional wellbeing.
d) FSAC
**** I'm not very sure about this one and thought maybe
Outcome 1: Children have a strong sense of identity.
Outcome 3: Children have a strong sense of wellbeing.?
