Hi I am stuck on this question too?

I was going to write things like - Give Mia a small bowl with a few different things in it that she can touch before eating without her touching everyone else’s food.

Ask Tak to only pick a certain number of foods and help count them out with him.

When Rea points to what she wants ask her to say the name each time... if she refuses model the name for her clearly a few time when you put it on her plate.

Am I on the right track?

Yes, you're on the right track with your response.

With Rea you could also say "what piece of fruit would you like" when Rea points you could say "Rea I didn't hear you, could you tell me again" to try and encourage her to talk... Also, when doing this with Rea you could do so away from others since she may feel shy to speak while being watched...

Hope this helps,
