Hi Stephanie Louise,
Maybe you could write .. dancing games like freeze, climbing or obstacle course, playing ball games outside, running games eg. whats the time mr wolf, Yoga. Also intentional teaching about healthy food choices.
Hope this gives you some ideas to work with,

Jules...

Any activities, games that involve running, jumping, moving would help children maintain a healthy weight.
Increasing awareness about healthy choices - so maybe books about good food choices, conversations about it
Cooking experiences where healthy foods are used to cook with. Eg make pizza but using healthy things like proper tomatoes rather than tomato paste, veggies on it and a healthier cheese and not smothered in it. Fried rice with brown rice and veggies, Wholewheat pasta etc
