I need to Identify a game I could use to extend on the children’s knowledge and interest of health and wellbeing? for 3-5 year olds.

Kids usually enjoy the simple games more anyway when activities get too complicated for assessments, they stop feeling fun and start feeling like schoolwork.

So true, hayar! Sometimes we overthink these things and the kids just lose interest. Aside from Munch and Move, does anyone have a go-to nulls brawl, super simple game that requires zero prep but still hits those health and wellbeing goals?
