Hi please help me!!!

I am stuck..I have searched the internet for hours looking for information on relevant legislation and laws that educators must adhere to in their work that relates to cultural competence.
I did have points that I got from the child care act 2002, but it wasn't about cultural competence. So please if there is a site you can point me in the right direction to, it would be greatly appreciated.

The Legislation is not prescriptive on which sections of the law or National Regulation apply to cultural competence. In order for you to unpack the parts of the legislation that are most applicable to the aspect of cultural competence, you need to have a good understanding of the NQS, the National Law and Legislation not to mention starting with the definition of cultural competence; Cultural competence is a set of congruent behaviors, attitudes, and policies that come together in a system, agency or among professionals and enable that system, agency or those professions to work effectively in cross-cultural situations. It includes;ƒ being aware of your own culture and world views and how
they influence your practice;respecting and valuing different ways of knowing, seeing and living and honouring differences.
Let’s look at four examples of educators striving for cultural competence in three broad interconnected areas of practice:Curriculum, Collaborating with families and using your cultural competence to support other educators.
As you, reflect on how you demonstrate cultural competence in these areas, look at the different sections of the Law or Legislation that captures these aspects; For example;
Section 168 of the National Law- Offence relating to programming, Regulation 73 Educational program; Element 1.1.2 Each child's Ideas, culture, abilities and interests are the foundation of the educational program.
Others may include a close look at Quality area four and how you relate with you colleagues, and Quality area 6, relationships with families.
