Hi everybody,
I really need some help with this subject.

In case of child who hit and injured an educator.

• Legal aspects
• Professional consideration
• Ethical principles

• Informed inclination
• Negotiation
• Judgement
• Action/Possible resolution

Such as:

- How bad the teacher was hurt
- The issues surrounding the incident
- If the situation could have been avoided, how?
- Behaviour of the child
- Past incidences
- Child's family background/surrounding issues or problems etc.
- How to handle this issue
- Behaviour Management Plan etc.
