Patterns and Stones Etsy

Children can use stones to trace patterns which helps a child to focus on when they are feeling unsettled.

Materials Needed:

  • Coloured Stones
  • Pattern Cards

What to do:

  • Place the patterns cards on the table
  • Add the coloured stones in a basket or on a tray.
  • The child places the coloured stones on top of each pattern card.

Hints and Tips:

  • Patterns can be drawn onto cardboard, cut and laminated.
  • Rocks and shells can also be used to trace the patterns.
