Colour Peg Matching Pinterest
Children can develop their fine motor skills and learn colours with this matching colour peg game.

Materials Needed:

  • Box (each side to be painted a different colour)
  • Pegs (5 pegs to be painted per colour on the box)

What to do:

  • Place box on the table.
  • Add coloured pegs into a bowel per child.
  • Encourage children to match the coloured peg onto the matching colour of the box.

Hints and Tips:

  • Instead of a box use painted coloured cardboard, the children can peg onto.
  • Laminated coloured paper can also be used.
