Brand New Portfolio Templates Released

This is the first of our Premium Portfolio Templates we have included in this release.

These Portfolio templates have been designed with simplicity in mind. We understand that Portfolio’s are special and provide a keepsake to each family of the learning journey their child has been on throughout the year. The Portfolio templates are bright and colourful, attractively designed, professional looking, links to the EYLF and curriculum and all you need to use to create a complete Portfolio. There are a total of 12 brand new Portfolio templates released now which are easy and simple to use and are available in both Online Tools Fillable Version and a Print Only Version.

Portfolio templates include the following:

Portfolio Cover Page – Use this page to begin the portfolio, add child’s photo, name, DOB and room.

All About My Child – Parent input sheet. Parents provide info on child likes, interests, strengths etc.

Family Life – Parent input sheet. Parents provide info on occupation, family, culture, celebrations etc.

Our Weekend – Parent input sheet. Parents provide info on what they did on the weekend.

My Handprints – Add child’s hand prints for a keepsake. Also includes handprint poem.

My Footprints – Add child’s foot prints for a keepsake. Also includes foot print poem.

Happy Birthday – Birthday photos of child can be inserted. Also includes Happy Birthday song.

Snapshots of Me (Boy) – Capture child’s photo during an experience. Brief details can be added.

Snapshots of Me (Girl) – Capture child’s photo during an experience. Brief details can be added.

Special Moments – Add photos of a special event or experience that happened within the centre.

Kids Say The Darndest Things – Record the funny and interesting conversations with a child.

Art Work Sample – Provide a photo of a child’s art work. Details of art experience can be added.

At the bottom of most of these Portfolio templates, it provides opportunities for educators to “Link to the Curriculum Plan”. From the details provided on the template you are able to further extend on the information by adding a follow up experience which links back to the curriculum plan. The templates also include parent feedback and linking to the Early Years Learning Framework.
