Holistic Approach

Hi,

Just wondering what does 'Holistic Approach' mean to you? We had a discussion in a staff meeting and had some different responses. :)

To me it means not just looking at 1 part of something but taking into account the whole of the thing you are approaching (Be that a child or an idea/concept.
