Award rate enquiry

Hi
I've been working as a 4.2 since Aug of 2015. Im just wondering if i should have gone to a 4.3 after 12 months in this position?

Yes...I assume that you have your Diploma qualification and after 2 years with your Diploma qualification you should move up to Level 4.3.
