I am stuck on this question please guide me

question and answer:

ATTEMPT 1:
Q: How much food is adequate for parents/carers to send each day

A: 2 serves wholegrain cereal foods and breads, 1 serve fruit, 2 serves salad vegetables or legumes, 1 serve dairy foods or high calcium alternatives, ¾ serve serves lean meats, chicken, fish, eggs or alternatives.

ATTEMPT 2:

Q: How much food is adequate for parents/carers to send each day

A: The adult decides what types of foods are offered, and when. The child decides which foods to eat, and how much to eat, from the choices provided.

I have read Lunchbox Checklist for Food Brought from Home for 2 to 5 year olds PDF. But I still have no idea.

I can't seem to get my thinking cap on. Can anyone help me? thanks.
